van Enter Studio, Ltd has formed a credible partnership with Studio Bechtold located in Port Washington, NY.
Owner Reuben Bechtold is known for his expertise in the field of architectural fabrication & restoration. He has traveled to Dallas to contribute in specialized projects such as the Pomodoro Grand Sphere, Union Station-Cast Iron Facade & Octavio Medellin Stained Glass.
van Enter Studio has a continuous affiliation with City of Dallas, Office of Cultural Affairs Art Program, from salvaging historical art to restoring and relocating art at other locations.
The Joule Hotel Project
In 2011, van Enter Studio united with Studio Bechtold to restore the Pomodoro sculpture in Des Moines.
van Enter Studio in conjunction with Studio Bechtold restored the cast iron façade and mosaic murals at Dallas' Union Station. In 2009 this project was granted the "Award of Excellence" in Texas construction by the Dallas Historical Society.
Contracted by City of Dallas, Office of Cultural Affairs, van Enter Studio went to work before the demolition at the Trinity Lutheran Church to salvage art glass by artist Octavio Medellin.
Studio Bechtold partnered with van Enter Studio to remove stained glass by artist Octavio Medellin from a now demolished church. Glass is now restored and installed at City Performance Hall and Dallas Lovefield Airport.
After the removal of the stained glass from the Trinity Lutheran Church, Reuben Bechtold continued his assistance in the design & preparation for re-installation of the glass window at the City Performance Hall.
Relocation of the Glass Panels made by artist Octavio Medellin. Steel Frames were fabricated, the restored glass was then installed at it's new location, in the ticketing area of Dallas Lovefield Airport.
Pegusus restored and is place at the Omni Dallas Hotel.
